Official launch of the European acceleration initiative PHOENIX

We are pleased to announce that the official launch of the European acceleration initiative PHOENIX (Patient Health Oncological Expertise Network for International eXchange) will take place on:

PHOENIX, powered by HL7 Europe, is the first European initiative dedicated to the standardization of cancer research data. Its mission is to harmonize and make cancer-related health data interoperable across Europe, fostering secure data sharing between researchers and clinicians and accelerating innovation in oncology.

We are proud to share that the FLUTE project has contributed to the creation of PHOENIX, laying the groundwork for its vision of seamless and standardized data exchange across Europe.

Founding members include Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC), Institut National du Cancer (INCa), Berlin Institute of Health (BIH), Netherlands Comprehensive Cancer Organisation (IKNL), and InterSystems, among others.
